Our group stayed at this hotel for a week while attending a conference, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The team, especially Monsor at the front desk, was welcoming and eager to assist. We loved the clean and spacious apartments with super comfy beds and pillows. Housekeeping, led by Haneef, responded quickly to our requests for extra towels and water. The ample parking and the convenience of a Costa coffee shop right next door were fantastic as well.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The apartments were not only clean and spacious, but the beds were super comfy too. The location is awesome, right next to a Costa coffee shop, which is perfect for caffeine lovers. Plus, the staff was generally friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping team who brought us extra towels promptly! Great parking options were also a nice bonus for travelers.

Fairly clean place, staff was helpful and very helpful. Magnificent location, an easy walk to everywhere. Easy to reach from Kuwait airport, 30 minutes drive. Separate bedroom. Bathtubs in the bathroom.

Loved having control over the room temperature, a safe, and a flat-screen TV available during my stay.

I greatly enjoyed the room, the bed was very comfy. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a dishwasher were nice. Location: the hotel was right by Kuwait and shopping complexes.

Friendly and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable. the room was in great shape, featuring a dining area, a comfy sitting spot, and even came equipped with an iron and ironing board. the private bathroom was a nice bonus! 🛁

Well-maintained and extremely spacious rooms. Wide array of goodies for breakfast. Favourable and excellent location in a quiet area. Close proximity to the Avenues and Kuwait City. Pleasant stay, as always.

The location close to popular tourist attractions and amenities is quite convenient. The panoramic view from the room was splendid, and the kitchen came with quality utensils. Additionally, the furniture and beds were exceptionally clean.

The hotel would benefit from appropriate signage.

Great location, very close to the Avenues and Marina World. the attractions, coffee houses, and restaurants were right next to the hotel. - the rooms were beautifully maintained with gates.

During my recent stay at Grand Majestic Residence, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, toaster, and fridge, making it convenient for preparing meals. The staff, especially Mr. Osamah, were extremely helpful and cooperative, providing excellent service. The location of the hotel was also excellent, offering great value for money.

While my stay at Grand Majestic Residence was exceptional, I did experience a couple of minor drawbacks. the facility seemed to still be under a soft opening phase, with no internet access and the swimming pool not yet ready.

Had a really comfortable 7 nights here. the room was well-maintained with a nice design. - Had a shower, a hairdryer, and bathrobes in the bathroom. - the location was favorable, right next to a coffee store and restaurants. - Situated just 2 miles from tourist destinations like the English Tea Lounge. - Everything was simply excellent.

Helpful staff, brand new and clean facility, great location for the price. Excellent service from Mr. Osamah. New equipment and cleanliness are exceptional. Good value for money. If they mount the TV instead of placing it on a table, it would be perfect.
