The staff, especially Mr. Osamah, were extremely helpful and cooperative, providing excellent service. The location of the hotel was also excellent, offering great value for money.

While my stay at Grand Majestic Residence was exceptional, I did experience a couple of minor drawbacks. the facility seemed to still be under a soft opening phase, with no internet access and the swimming pool not yet ready.

The Grand Majestic Residence exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The apartments were exceptionally clean and spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The housekeeping staff promptly provided us with extra towels and water. The abundance of parking and the Costa coffee shop nearby were added conveniences.

Everything was spot on.
